Deputy Caught on Tape Brutally Beating His K9 Partner

Brett Arthur Berry, an 18-year veteran of the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office, was at the Black Bear Casino in Carlton, Minnesota for a K9 training and certification occasion with his four-legged fur partner.
